All bookings are subject to confirmation. By booking a service, you agree to pay the fees associated with the requested services. We accept payments through secure methods. Payments must be made at the time of booking or as per the agreed-upon payment terms.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
If you wish to cancel a service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed at our discretion, depending on the circumstances of the cancellation.

We are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services. If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will arrange for a re-clean or discuss further steps to ensure your satisfaction.

While we take the utmost care when delivering our services, We Clean Your Shit is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of property unless proven to be a direct result of negligence by our employees. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all valuable items are secured prior to the cleaning service.
6. Client Obligations
As a client, you agree to provide access to the premises at the agreed-upon time and to ensure the environment is safe for our staff to work in. Failure to provide access or meet these conditions may result in additional charges or the cancellation of the service.
